What are the responsibilities of a Sales Representative?

In this role you will need to:

  • Quickly identify challenges that our prospective clients face and discover the best IVONNE services and products for their personal care needs
  • Consistently close new business at or above quota level
  • Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities online, by phone, or in person
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
  • Work collaboratively with IVONNE's marketing and technology resources to evolve our sales strategy when new services and products are introduced 
  • Help shape the future of IVONNE's mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills

What are the role requirements?

  • 2+ years of Closing Sales experience
  • Fluency in both French and English

Reception/Client Coordinator (Sales)

Ottawa, CANADA

Our Client Coordinator is the face of our business, and you are often the first point of contact for any client who connects with our brand. You'll have the opportunity to create and grow lifelong connections with our best supporters.

Hours: Tuesday-Saturday (Full-Time)

What are the responsibilities of a Reception/Client Coordinator?

In this role you will need to:

  • Check-in and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the clinic.
  • Check-out clients at the completion of their appointment, process payments, prebook and cross-sell to clients as they leave.
  • Direct clients to the appropriate treatment room, and make them familiar with the facility.
  • Answer, screen, and address incoming calls, providing scheduling support as needed.
  • Ensure reception and skincare experience desk area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary supplies and materials.
  • Provide basic and in-depth information in-person and via phone/email and (virtual) consultations.
  • Receive, sort, inventory, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain clinic security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Order both office and clinic supplies using prepared templates and processes, and keep inventory of stock.
  • Assist in turning over the treatment rooms in between client appointments and consultations.
  • Support the clinic in its administrative duties, preparation of content, and publishing to social media when required.
  • Support our health and safety obligations as a Personal Service Setting.
  • Meet a modest daily sales goal.

What are the role requirements?

  • A passion for aesthetics and customer service. You are familiar with infection prevention and control best practices.
  • Experience as a host or greeter.
  • Good interpersonal skills, and are able to communicate well and work with people across different levels.

Senior Medical Aesthetician (Income Partner)

Service Delivery:

Provide high-quality professional aesthetic services, including Chemical Peels, Laser Skin Services, Facials, Microneedling, and more.
Maintain equipment and service areas according to health and IPAC guidelines.

Client Management and Documentation:
  • Accurately document client charts before and after each service.
  • Upsell and cross-sell skincare products and services, ensuring clients are informed and can access the best-fit products for their needs.
Business Development and Growth:
  • Contribute to business growth through effective client retention and acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with the clinic’s management to develop and implement strategies for service expansion and quality improvement.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed new business targets.
Relationship and Team Building:
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects and clients, both online and in person, to grow new business opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with IVONNE's marketing and technology teams to evolve sales strategies and attract new clients.

  • A background in medical aesthetics. You have read and understand the O. Reg 136/18 Personal Service Settings, Ontario Infection Prevention and Control Best Practices, Regulated Health Professions Act, Health Protection and Promotion Act.

Medical Aesthetician

Ottawa, CANADA

We’re building a clinical aesthetics team to perform chemical peels, facials, microneedling, and laser treatments as well as introduce clients to our clinical skincare and cosmetic products. You’ll also be supporting Permanent Makeup services assisting with room changes, numbing, and client consultations. Pitching in with reception tasks are an important part of the day.

This service role will focus on you quickly getting up to speed on AlumierMD treatment protocols, AlumierMD, and Colorescience lines, and using clinic technology.

What are the responsibilities of a Medical Aesthetician?

In this role you will need to:

  • Provide aesthetic services (e.g. Chemical Peels, Laser skin services, Facials, Microneedling, laser tattoo removal and more).
  • Ensure that all services begin and end according to their scheduled times, and deliver world-class service while managing client expectations.
  • Direct clients to the appropriate treatment room, and make them familiar with the facility.
  • Accurately review, document, and update client charts in preparation and at the completion of each service.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to ensure clients access the best-fit skincare products and services.
  • Provide basic and in-depth information in-person and via phone/email and (virtual) consultations.

What are the responsibilities of a Permanent Makeup Professional?

In this role you will need to:

  • Quickly identify prospective clients and match them (or disqualify them) for permanent makeup treatments at IVONNE.
  • Consistently produce high-performing permanent makeup results that are compliant with our regulatory obligations and meet high client satisfaction
  • Lead clients through the consultative process to build treatment plans, document and update their charts, and follow-up to ensure they are keeping with recommended touch-up milestones
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
  • Work collaboratively with IVONNE's marketing and technology resources to evolve our sales strategy when new services and products are introduced 
  • Keep up to date on proven permanent makeup techniques, pigment formulations, and regulations

What are the role requirements?

  • a college diploma, apprenticeship training of less than 2 years, or more than 6 months of on-the-job-training in one or more Permanent Makeup skills (eyebrows, eyeliner or tattoo). (Skill Level B and TEER Category 3) i.e. Estheticians NOC Code 63211.1
  • English Language (Spoken, Written/Reading) levels not less than CLB 11.
  • Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills
  • Accurately document all treatments and client files
  • Open to feedback and a commitment to refining and improving your skills
